What has happened is playing a poor party. This means, if you die, you can work out how to not-die next time. If you don't want to get better at the game, that's fine, you know? It's just a game. Of course I already know because I've run around 150 champion-level long warrens and nothing remotely like this ever happened, it's just a question of how impossible it is. Already the scenario is impossible unless you think healing is for chumps. 1 in 1371.) The lowest health in the game is on the antiquarian, who has 29. (You can't really get triple crit since crits are rolled separately, but let's pretend.

It's very sad to see people citing "fanboy propaganda" when one look at the stats can make it easily possible to calculate just how unlikely that situation is vs just how much you have to sacrifice to put yourself in a position for it to even be possible, not to mention how few and far between those manufactured situations even are compared to the rest of the game. For the sake of comparison, bear in mind that the likes of Champion GR have equivalent speed without any trinkets or quirks whatsoever, and heroes like PD (with the patented double-stun) aren't far behind. I never have and never will experience such nonsense because I don't walk around with immobile low-health teams with arthritis in Champion. The entire sequence you've just posted requires you to have <=1 SPD on all heroes so that none have a chance of going before the Skiver (or any Wretches/Drummers with it), and for it to triple-crit as an opening move, and re-check the above initiative to see if enemies capable of 1-5 damage can finish the job, which doesn't even count DBR - assuming you have three heroes who can be 0'd from full in the first place, in a scenario where the most likely candidates for the above to happen involve the healthiest heroes in the entire game, two of which can eat a TBS Crit and probably stay above 0 health. You're referring to the second fastest non-boss / non-filler enemy in the Warrens (tied with champion drummer-bois and beaten only by vomit-bois) - neither of which are particularly great at finishing anything. 3x crits from cripple, 2x death door, 2 enemies seal the deal.
